We are currently looking for new colleagues who would provide technical support to our clients (B2B) and contribute to technical documentation (incl. the night shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Solving client’s queries (written form)
- Help to our clients with configuration; help them to understand system set up etc.
- Close cooperation with developing team
- Creating technical documentation
- Ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian language both in written form
- Empathy, strong client orientation — very pro-customer-oriented personality
- Knowledge of Internet services (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, …), TCP / IP protocol
- Experience in technical support is an advantage
- Strong work ethic
- Accuracy, logical thinking, the ability to identify and follow priorities
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS etc. (don’t need to develop, but need to understand)
