- | assembled various structures, tanks and hulls of steel/aluminum with MIG welding
according to blueprints.
- Also | welded, using TIG and MIG, aluminum hulls and pipes(8 mm to 20 mm thick) which
were tested by pressure and ultrasonic afterwards.
- | supervised testings of applicants for the position of electric/gas welder.
- Furthermore | provided introduction training in blueprint reading and assembling
structures and enclosures for metalworkers.
- After all | supervised and maintained the equipment assigned to me(EWM MIG and TIG
welding machines).

- I made daily, weekly and monthly planning of works to be performed by a team of
workers, calculated and distributed wages to workers at the end of each month.
- Daily placed workers, controled over the progress of tasks.
- I prepared time schedules for manufacturing, assembling and delivering of hull modules and sections.
- I controled the assembly of volumetric and planar sections of vessel hulls and superstructers and their further installation
- Also I executed memos, in case if additional work is needed during manufacturing and
installation of sections and foundations.
- Upon completion of the work, I checked the quality of manufactured products, ensured the
delivery of finished products to the acceptance committee with subsequent delivery to
the customer.
- | ensured that worker safety and environmental concerns are constantly monitored,
problems are effectively resolved, and that all work performed meets standards set by
regulatory bodies.
- Furthermore I prepared reports on work progress, materials used and costs, and adjusted
work schedules as indicated by reports.
