I've been working as a foreman, engineer, a contract economist for 13 years, now I'm deputy director for commercial affairs in construction company;

Main responsibilities:

-calculation the cost of the object;
-negotiating with the Customer from the moment the contract is concluded until full fulfillment of our obligations;
-organization the tenders and concluding contracts with the subcontractors;
-making sure that the planned costs do not exceed the actual ones;

So my main task is ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the financial plan, or, If a negative result is expected, to determine this as early as possible in order to make strategic decisions on the implementation of the project.
