Country Manager

POSITION TITLE

Country Manager/Croatia, Slovenia SUBORDINATE TO European Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Opening/Running of new business unit and business processes customization;

 Communications with partners, consultants and clients;

 Cooperation with distributors regarding their satisfaction/occurred difficulties;

 Motivation programmes for consultants and analysis of their results;

 Preparing activities for consultants, actual information control;

 Statutory and corporate compliance control by the consultants;

 Distributors network analysis and development;

 Actualization of business rules for consultants’ activity;

 Marketing Plan Management

REQUIREMENTS AND JOB EXPERIENCE:

 Job Experience in MLM companies (Avon, Oriflame, LR, Amway, Herbalife etc.) - required

 Job Experience in Sales/Marketing – leading positions

COMPETENCES:

 Strong communication skills,

 Team management skills,

 Ability to learn quickly,

 Self-organization and strong motivation,

 Customer-oriented approach

GENERAL SKILLS

COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Competent User

LANGUAGUES:

Croatian - Upper-intermediate (В1+)

Russian/English - Optional

SALARY (FIXED):

From 2.000 € (candidates’ expectations are reviewed)
