FUNCTIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Drawing up operational plans (monthly and ten-day) of the company;
-Development and implementation of the company's development strategy;
-Building an effective sales team.
-Formation of effective work of the team (achievement of KPI by each member of
the team and KPI of departments under management);
-Development of processes, instructions, checklists, implementation of CRM and
Lean systems;
-Achievement of target
indicators for the growth of income and profitability of the company;
-Managing production processes and the production team (monitoring the
implementation of all production processes, their efficiency and the quality of
services provided);
-Monitoring the efficiency and profitability of each employee;
-Identification of weak points in business processes and implementation of the
best solutions;
-Monitoring the activities of departments according to their work plan and the
results achieved;
-Maintaining finances, exercising control over expenses and ensuring the
efficient use of resources, reducing budget expenditure items;
Building an effective operating management system;
-Organization of an internal informing system for company employees and
coordination of actions (meetings, chats, bulletin boards, etc.);
-Ensuring the execution of orders, compliance with work standards, internal
regulations, regulations, etc.;
-Optimization of the
company's business processes, identification of weaknesses in the processes and
their elimination, implementation of an effective procurement system;
-Development of the company's strategy, identification of priority areas for
development.
REQUIREMENTS:
-At the age of 30-49 years;
-Higher economic or legal education;
-Knowledge of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate;
-Understanding the economic and financial component of the business, as well as
management reporting;
-Negotiation experience, incl. with foreign partners;
-Successful experience of independent construction of a management system at
the enterprise;
-Successful experience of more than 3 years in operational management as an
operational director, executive director, head of department, operational
manager in the field of service provision (preferably digital marketing or in
an industrial enterprise) with a background in building business processes and
developing KPIs for employees;
-Ability to negotiate, communicate and sell your idea (team, client);
-Basic knowledge of digital marketing;
-Knowledge and ability to manage product development;
-The ability to build an effective business process, the ability to describe
and implement processes in a team;
-Knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting;
-System-analytical thinking, focus on results, communication skills, desire for
innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, orientation to internal and external
clients, leadership, desire to increase the level of knowledge
