Python Team Lead

 Our client is an international publisher that brings together professionals from more than 20 countries, creates video content for the international market, invites Python Team Lead to join its team. Cyprus

Our candidate:

❖ Has a good technical background and successful experience in managing a team of 3+ people as Tech/Team Lead, Product Owner

❖ Understands the goals and objectives of the business, can use his ideas within the business and influence the result

❖ Has strong communication and leadership skills

❖ Has experience with AWS cloud services (RDS/Lambda/SQS/Cloud Front/Cloud Watch)

❖ Experience with Python 3.X and/or JS

❖ Has Agile experience

❖ Created applications from scratch, understands the application lifecycle

❖ Has a proven track record of leading projects independently. Portfolio is welcome

❖ Has applied knowledge of Rest Api, Postgres DB (or other relational database)

❖ Understanding SaaS, FaaS, CI/CD

❖ Speaks English at the level of Upper Intermediate and above. Russian / Ukrainian will be a plus

❖ Will be a plus: React JS, React admin, Sql Alchemy

❖ Ready to move to Cyprus to work at the company's headquarters

Key tasks:

❖ Building a strong development team: hiring, developing, scaling

❖ Development of internal software - Content delivery and analysis systems, strengthening of the product and its key components

❖ Backlog management

❖ Analysis and plan for automation of key processes

❖ Software automation of existing processes (internal/external)

❖ Creating your own Content Creation System

❖ Development of the architecture of new services

❖ Communication with stakeholders on the development
